Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Brandify Orbit, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations.
1. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel their engagement with Brandify Orbit at any time. However, notice of cancellation must be provided in writing at least 30 days prior to the desired end date of the service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds at Brandify Orbit are typically not provided once a service or project has commenced. We dedicate significant resources and time to the initial phases of branding and marketing campaigns.
3. Partial Refunds
In certain exceptional circumstances, Brandify Orbit may provide partial refunds for prepaid services that have not yet been initiated. This is determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Brandify Orbit management.
